By engaging my services — whether through Fiverr, email, or any other channel — you agree to these terms. Please read them before placing an order.
These Terms of Service govern the relationship between Mathew, trading as NB Innovations ("Designer", "I", "me") and you, the client ("Client", "you"). By commissioning web design services you agree to be bound by these terms.

I provide freelance web design and development services including but not limited to:
The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and price for each project will be agreed upon before work begins, either through Fiverr's order system or via written email confirmation.
Through Fiverr: All payments processed via Fiverr are subject to Fiverr's payment terms. Payment is collected by Fiverr at the time of order placement.
Direct engagements: For projects arranged directly, a 50% deposit is required before work begins. The remaining 50% is due upon delivery of the final files. Work will not commence without deposit receipt.
All prices are in US Dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices do not include third-party platform fees, hosting costs, domain registration, or premium plugin/theme licences unless explicitly included in the quoted scope.
Each project includes one round of revisions unless otherwise stated in the project scope. A revision round means consolidated feedback submitted in a single communication — not multiple rounds of individual change requests.
Additional revision rounds beyond what is included will be charged at an agreed hourly or fixed rate. Requests that substantially change the original agreed scope are considered new work, not revisions, and will be quoted separately.
Upon receipt of full payment, you own the final delivered website and all its custom design assets. You are free to use, modify, and distribute it as you see fit for your business.
I retain the right to display the completed project in my portfolio and on my Fiverr profile as an example of my work, unless you request confidentiality in writing before project completion.
Any third-party assets used (stock images, fonts, plugins, themes) remain subject to their respective licences. It is your responsibility to ensure you hold appropriate licences for any assets you supply to me for use in your project.
To deliver your project on time, I depend on you to:
Delays caused by late content or unresponsiveness on your end may affect delivery timelines and are not the Designer's responsibility.
Estimated delivery times are stated at the point of order. These are good-faith estimates, not hard guarantees. I will communicate promptly if any delays arise.
Rush delivery (faster than the standard timeline) may be available for an additional fee and must be agreed upon before work begins.
Through Fiverr: Refunds are handled in accordance with Fiverr's Terms of Service and cancellation policy.
Direct engagements: The 50% deposit is non-refundable once work has begun. If you cancel a project after work has started, you are liable for payment proportional to the work completed at the time of cancellation. If I am unable to deliver the agreed work for reasons within my control, a full refund will be issued.

My total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
I warrant that the work I deliver is original, created by me, and does not knowingly infringe any third-party intellectual property rights. I do not warrant that the delivered website will be error-free in all environments or devices beyond reasonable testing.
You warrant that any content, images, or materials you supply to me are legally owned by you or that you have the right to use them, and that using them will not infringe any third-party rights.
I will treat any sensitive business information you share with me as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except where required by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which NB Innovations operates. Any disputes will be resolved first through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the applicable courts.
I may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time you place an order or engage my services governs that engagement. Continued use of my services after changes constitutes acceptance.
